I may need to introduce myself to you, but I think we recognise each other from Holy
Trinity, where I heard you give the environmental stewardship talk last year.

In my work I have the lead role for environmental issues at City Hall. In that capacity I
was wondering whether you would be interested in speaking at an event in March, in Norwich,
   which I am responsible for.

The conference is of 'Norwich 21', a local agenda 21 body set up by the city council four
years ago and gathering momentum. This years conference theme is Global Warming and I am
well aware of your expertise in this field.

I would like the key note speaker to present the evidence for the case that climate change
is a reality, the likely scenarios anticipated and what this means for Norwich in a real
   physical sense.

The City Council will be announcing the launch of an energy management strategy for the
city which aims to bring CO2 emissions down, in response to the speech.

Perhaps you would let me know if you are interested in principle and then I can give your
   further details.

   Best wishes.

   David Ellis
