    Alexander,
       Thanks for the update. The reason for pairing off the runs
    is that all the parameters that are calculated for the indices
    should be taken from the control (natural) runs and then used
    for the nat+anthro runs.
      Jeff Knight is the person at the HC to check about which
    is which.
