Dear Mike:

Just to confirm that I look forward to coming up to Norwich next Tuesday
(March 20), and to attending your seminar.

The project that I am currently working on (with DFID funding) is called
SciDev.Net, and I am particularly interested in discussing with people at
Tyndall our efforts to compile a 'dossier' combining the latest scientific
and technical news about climate change with background material (including
short 'policy briefs') of potential value to government officials, NGOs,
etc.

It's in this context that I'm keen to talk to Mick Kelly about his
experience with Tiempo. Our own preliminary ideas can be found at
www.scidev.net, and a short description of the 'dossier' concept at
http://www.scidev.net/dossiers/index.htm.

I'm planning to take the 9.30 train to Norwich, which should get me to the
university at around 11.45. Should I make my way to your office first, or
contact Simon Torok? Are you fairly easy to find?

I look forward to meeting on Tuesday.

Best wishes,

David
