Mike,
   I am e-mailing you to see what your reaction is to how I am planning
to generate % changes of Solar Radiation. One alternative is to not
modify the base solar radiation and say that we do not know what the numbers
are. But after looking at some of the %change in precipitation (large changes)
I prefer not doing that. My plan is to use the formulas that Mark gave me to
convert your control run sky cover to sunshine and then to solar radiation,
and then do the same procedure on your decadal averages and to then make a
ratio of the two, which I would then apply to the observed SR. What do you
think of that idea?
