    Andy,
       I'll try and find some time to go through this. Looking at the screen, I would omit
    the use of the term 'hockey stick' and all reference to 'marred by uncertainty'
    and reference to McIntyre and McKittrick. It isn't marred at all. Just stick to the
    science, as reported in reputable journals. It is reproducible, if you know what you're
    doing and does differ from the others.
       Also don't put too much faith in the models. There are responses coming to von Storch
    et al. so I wouldn't get into that.
