Some correspondence between Trevor and Alan Preece initiated by Trevor I believe.
   We can discuss tomorrow.

     Dear Both
After the weekend a few thoughts.
If we want the evocative, populist (but non-scientific) we could go for:
     Gemini Project
     Libra Project
     Aquarius Project
     or a bit more thoughtful:
     40/20 Vision
A play on 20/20 vision (perfect sight) but standing for 40 percent
     reduction by 2020.
     or:
     Project Remission
     Overtones of forgiveness and diminution
     or:
     CAP - Cutting Air Pollution
     RAP - Reducing Air Pollution
There are probably dozens of acronyms we could use with a bit of thought
(but should avoid Community Reduction of Air Pollution;-)
We probably still need some other brains on it. May I share the notion
with my team for their views?
     Alan
They are all air signs of the Zodiac. Libra is probably best bet because
it has the sign of the scales - judicious balance of man's needs and the
     environment etc.
