Mike,
Paul is fairly skeptical about both climate change and its impact on 
disease.  I can show you some articles of his...and counter articles. 
I'd be happy to provide any more insights by phone.
Paul does enjoy energetic arguments on the subject.  In fact, on in 
the lay press coverage of the Hay Nature paper (which by the way we 
still have another 2 weeks wait before can start bugging the journal 
for a decision) -he and I were quoted representing the opposing sides 
on the issue.
