Dear Valerie,

Attached suggestions and revision for the Holocene section. I have 
slightly expanded on Ruddiman taking into account the most recent 
literature.

I have also updated the GHG figure, now showing also radiative forcing 
relative to 1765 conditions on a linear scale.

The references for the GHG data are all given on top of the data files 
that I sent to you for the ZOD. Please let me know if I need to resend. 
The NOAA data (butler, conway, dlugokencky) are personal communications.
