Mike,

Thanks for your message. I am in Geneva trying to help with
climate-related activities - back in London next week.

I am aware of Dr Ando's stuff but thanks for reminding me as I should
look at it again. I have a copy of the book back in London.

Also, can I ask a few questions about COP5 brochure?

I went through all the minutes and seem to have missed the conclusion
about the population scenario problem. i.e. s550 should be IS92d but
all assessments use IS92a. What happened to the IIASA scenarios?

We have addressed this in the health text but do you think Geoff will
delete it?

Also, we find that we are worse off for malaria under s550 than s750 -
has Geoff circulated a description of these scenarios (e.g. saying why
550 is wetter than 750, or other differences between them).
If so, could you send me a copy to this address (I am here till
friday).

Are you off to watch the eclipse- we get 90% in Geneva.

bye for now and best wishes

Sari
